Boobs...Feel Good, Look Good but are they GOOD?

FREE CHECK LIST FOR YOU....Breast are a beautiful feature of a woman. We're told they look good and we know sometimes when we do our self breast exams they feel good but are they really good girl? It is BREAST CANCER AWARENESS month which focus on bringing attention to why we need to do self breast exams and why it's important to get mammograms. I want to focus on "HER" too, focus on "HER" focusing on her breast. If we all can get in the habit of focusing more on our breast daily I think we will be able to save more lives. I know the ob/gyn doctors stress to do a self breast exam monthly, likely after your menstrual. Dar is suggesting to rub them breast daily, examine them and under the arm pit too! Now ladies self breast exams are for every one, you don't have to wait until you're 35 to start to examine your breast. Please don't wait. Check them now! It's best to do this early anyway to make sure you become comfortable with it so the next time you inspect them girls you will recognize what may be normal or if something seems different. If you happen to notice a change contact your doctor immediately. Not trying to scare you, just want to educate you. Some changes may be nothing at all, some may be something to be concerned about. Just remember early detection can save your life. Download BELOW our FREE SELF-CARE/BREAST-CARE CHECKLIST.

No excuse for abuse! That's a slogan everyone should remember and a motto everyone should live by. October is also Domestic Violence Awareness month. Lady Dar love to discuss how good love feels and also how when in an abusive relationship how feeling good can turn into devastating pain. Sis, if it's a slap or a shove, it's abuse, that's not love, it's abuse. Please don't make any excuses. Domestic abuse is real, it's still happening here in 2022. Lot's of victims don't always report it but the data does not lie. According to the national abuse surveys and the CDC 1 out of every 4 women are being abused and the age range is getting younger and younger. There are high school students who are reporting abuse, also ages 18-25 have a high percentage. Women 25-35 report abuse regularly and now since the pandemic women in their 40's and 50's. Let's help to put an end to silence, STOP Domestic Violence & START Domestic Love!

Lady Dar wrote a book titled W.A.R. Women Achieve Remarkably to help women who are in domestic violent relationships and want help getting out, this book is also for the women who survived domestic abuse as well as the women who is supporting/lending an ear to someone who is currently in an abusive relationship.
